On January 14, 2006, we lost one of our active RATSA members (Carl J. Bushman) suddenly. Carl was the Director of Transportation for Penfield Central School District. He was instrumental in launching our September - 2005 television safety campaign. Carl will be missed by everyone that was fortunate enough to know him!
